I started as a private business operator in my hometown Abu Dhabi, UAE after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, in 2014. Dessert creation and baking is my sincere passion; I constantly seek to find new opportunities to cater to the market. After years of hands-on experience with baking, cake and patisserie décor, and dessert assembly, I now work as a patisserie chef at Kiran’s, a top-rated Houston restaurant.
It has been a steep learning curve and along the way I have learned sensible and practical business skills such as public relations, budget management, pricing and promotion, menu creation, and customer satisfaction. I have developed a strong palate of flavors through explorations of various patisseries around the world.
Always ready to experiment, my edible creations are truly original and I would love to share them with you!
