About Me

I have a unique fusion style of cooking, blending different cultures together. Where does this style of cooking come from? Well, my parents are from India, I was raised in Canada and have worked in NY, London and India. I have years of international culinary experience traveling and cooking around the world. Currently, I am the Executive Chef at Hotel Derek, a landmark hotel in the heart of Houston. Choose one of my menu's and let me bring a great culinary experience straight to your table.
