This short and interactive class will feature recipes for madeleines, browned-butter chocolate chip cookies and devil's food cupcakes. The class consists of a simple format with recipes printed and provided by the instructor at the start, and preset templates for cupcake decor with fondant and edible glitter dust. A teacher's assistant to answer all additional queries will be present at all times.
